2. Orders & Delivery

  • Track your order status: Track your order in real time using your Order ID under My Orders. You’ll receive regular email/SMS updates about dispatch and delivery.
  • Cancel or modify your order: Orders can be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible — you can request a return after delivery.
  • Delivery timelines and shipping charges: Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping charges (if any) are shown clearly during checkout.
  • Order delayed or missing: If your order is delayed or missing, contact our Support Team with your order details. We’ll locate your package or issue a replacement/refund if necessary.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Easy return & exchange policy: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible for replacement or full refund after verification.
  • Return/Refund Initiation: Go to Orders → select the product → click “Initiate Return.” You’ll receive confirmation and updates once the request is processed.
  • Conditions for eligible returns: Used, customized, or hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Accepted payment methods: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
  • Payment failures or double charges: In case of payment issues, contact us with transaction details. Verified overcharges are refunded within 5–7 business days.
  • How and when refunds are processed: Refunds are initiated once the returned product is approved. The amount will reflect in your account within 5–10 business days.
  • Invoice and billing help: Download invoices from Orders. For GST or billing corrections, reach out to skampilopvtltd@gmail.com.

  • Create or manage your account: Register to enjoy faster checkout, exclusive offers, and easy order tracking.
  • Reset your password: Click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it using your email or mobile number.
  • Update addresses or personal details: Edit your address, contact info, and preferences anytime under My Account.

6. Product Support

  • Size guide: Detailed size guides are provided on product pages.
  • Product care and maintenance: Follow our care and cleaning tips to maintain performance and durability.
  • Replacement parts and repairs: Request genuine spare parts or repair services through our authorized support centers.

7. Technical Help

  • Login or app issues: If you can’t log in, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset your credentials.
  • Order not showing in app: Clear your browser cache or update the app to the latest version. Check your internet connection before retrying.
  • Troubleshooting payment or loading errors: Orders may take a few minutes to sync after purchase. If your order still doesn’t appear, contact our support team with your Order ID and payment details.
  • Request account deletion: To permanently delete your account and personal data, email privacy@skampilo.com from your registered email ID.
